We’d like you to be happy with everything you purchase from Lipology®. Should you change your mind about your purchase, please return the products with proof of purchase within 14 days and we’ll happily offer a replacement, refund or exchange.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all products are used within the sell by date. Lipology® accepts no responsibility for products used outside their sell by date.
Any shortages, faulty or damaged goods must be reports to Lipology® within 3 working days of receipt or Lipology® will not take responsibility.
Lipology® take no responsibility for any loss of income for late delivery or non-delivery. Lipology® will not refund customers if they refuse to accept the delivery from either the local post officer, courier, boarder control or customers even once the products have been returned to us.
Our returns and refund policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Returning items to academy
Please return the item with your proof of purchase to Lipology® Academy located in Ashton-in-Makerfield, WN4 9AE.
Returning purchases online
If you are not happy with any of your items, please contact our customer service via email email@example.com informing us of the reason.
Please note that unless the product is faulty or damaged, any products that have been opened are not able to be returned due to health and hygiene reason
Returning gift vouchers
No refunds are provided with Lipology gift vouchers. Your legal rights are not affected.
Requesting a refund on a training course
We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of education for all our students, if you have any concerns with your course, please speak to your tutor immediately.
Please note that if you have completed the theory sections of the course, we are unable to offer you a refund.
Students who fail to turn up to the practical sessions or cancels the practical session without providing 7 working days’ notice will not be entitled to receive a refund.
For all training requiring a deposit once this has been taken you will have 14 days to ask for a refund after this the deposit in it’s entirety will be non refundable
Is your item faulty or damaged?
We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if you find that any of our products are faulty within 12 months from purchase, we guarantee you a full refund, repair or replacement.
Please note that Lipology are unable to refund product(s) if it has been opened, used, or damaged (including damaged incurred during transit back to us) unless product is faulty.
Returns can only be honoured if the product(s) is returned intact. Please note that the cost of shipping good backs to us is the customer responsibility.
Replacements will under go investigations and any decision is made from the Lipology management team. You will receive an email to update you on the progress of your return.
Lipology Loyalty Points
Any Lipology loyalty points on a returned item that you have purchased will be deducted from your account.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returning Items to us
We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability of items that do not reach us.
Receiving your refund
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will exclude postage.
Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you returned the products. Once a refund has agreed to be given, we will refund you as soon as we can. We will confirm the refund via email. Please allow up to 5 working days for the money to be returned.
Your legal rights
